Assessment Rationale

Kalanchoe montana has an estimated extent of occurrence of 16, 300.429 km2, but apart from one record, the population falls within a much smaller area.  The area of occupancy is 36 km2.  At the time of this assessment, there is no information on threats to its habitat.  Based on this, it has been assessed as Least Concern.
