We give people a choice in maintaining their health and a chance to receive alternative and affordable holistic well-being therapy in the form of Homeopathy. This is achieved by providing accessible homeopathic treatments through 16 monthly clinics in many parts of urban and rural Eswatini. Our homeopathy clinics can simply become mobile by putting our homeopaths, volunteers and translators, remedies, chairs and other "tools" we use into our project cars and travel out to different regions of the country.

In 2015 we started a conservation project using homeopathic remedies to help conserve endangered medicinal plants.

We also offer nutrition workshops encouraging a healthier lifestyle to prevent chronic illness. In order to encourage healthy eating practices and increase the availability of fresh organic produce we run the monthly Ekuphileni's Farmer's Market and we initiated the Eswatini Urban Garden Initiative with the first urban garden project in Mbabane.
